The Ethics Commission is empowered by statute to accept, review, refer, and track complaints regarding governmental ethics in any of the three branches of state government, municipal government, and of the State’s campaign finance law; to provide ethics training; and to issue Guidance and Advisory Opinions regarding ethical conduct.
