Ethics Training

Are you a State of Vermont employee or public servant who has not yet completed training on the State Code of Ethics?
Do you have access to the State of Vermont Learning Management System:

Reach out to the Department of Human Resources at DHR.CAPS@Vermont.gov to confirm whether or not you have an SOV LINC account and/or whether you are eligible to set up an account. State of Vermont employees and many external partners will have access to SOV LINC. If you have an SOV LINC account or are eligible to set up an account, please do not take the ethics training via the Ethics Commission website.

If you do not have access to SOV LINC and are not eligible to set up an account, you may complete the online training below. To confirm completion of the training, you will need to submit your email address below. A certificate will be created manually and e-mailed to you within a few days of completion. Please hold on to the certificate; it is your proof you have met the statutory ethics training requirement.
